I had a wonderful stay at Pensativo House Hotel, with stunning decor and a fantastic location within walking distance of everything Antigua has to offer. However, the service left much to be desired, particularly at breakfast when the staff seemed overwhelmed. Overall, it was a beautiful hotel, but the inconsistent service somewhat detracted from the experience.

My stay at Pensativo House Hotel was truly exquisite. the beautiful grounds and welcoming staff made my visit lovely. The meal options were delicious and satisfying, especially the breakfast. though I wish there was a spa onsite to make things even easier. Overall, a stunning hotel experience that I would recommend to anyone visiting Antigua.
